We offer Supported Independent Living services for people with disability who are looking for a place to call home.
WHAT IS SUPPORTED INDEPENDENT LIVING (SIL)?
SIL is a NDIS support where Liberty Care works with you to live as independently as possible within your own home. We support you in a person-centred manner to develop, enhance, and maintain skills to enhance your quality of life and allow you to live your life as independently as possible.
SIL is a 24/7 service which includes support with daily activities such as personal care, cooking meals, or getting out and about in the community.
We will support you in finding a home that is suitable for your needs. This includes finding the right housemate/s that have shared interests – the choice is yours.

Personal care e.g. showering, dressing, taking medication

Daily living skills e.g. cooking and healthy eating

Dealing with correspondence e.g. managing and attending appointments

Taking up a hobby and any other activities of interest

Accessing education, training and employment

Building skills, independence, confidence, and quality of life

Developing social skills
